Avis Budget Group is a leading rental car supplier that primarily serves the premium commercial and leisure segments of the travel industry.
We are providing consultancy support to the Southern branch for the Performance Excellence Program based on the Lean Six Sigma methodology. We have been engaged to act as project manager and to coach new Avis employees of the PEX team through the deployment of kaizen events.

We have been engaged to set up the integration of Maggiore (Italy's fourth-largest vehicle rental business) acquired by Avis Budget Group in a $170 million.

We directly worked with the top management of the company, including the CEO and the CFO. Our activity were focused on launching all the project part fo the program integration by defining for each project: timing, resources, financial impact.

We have been engaged by BMGI (an american niche consultancy firm specializing in Lean Six Sigma and other disciplined methods) to act as program manager and to coach Avis employees through the deployment of 10 kaizen events on both operational e administrative processes.

This coaching activities were performed to the members of the Avis Performance Excellence team (which were managers coming from various functions).
